Anyone else suffered sacrociliac pain?

Hi all, I am a 29yr old mum of 2 small kids and I have been suffering with bad sacrociliac pain in my lower right back for 6 months now. I feel like I have a knife in my back and as the day goes on the pain becomes more and more intense. I have tried seeing a chiro, osteo, deep tissue mage & physio and still nothing seems to be helping :( I'm really scared as my GP has given me a referral to see an orthopedic surgeon (my x-ray came back all clear). I am becoming really depressed and can't play with my own kids or take them for walks etc. I'm scared I will never get better, has anyone else found something to help? Thankyou x
