Back injury from 4 years ago?

Skydive landing went wrong, it was meant to be a seated landing and my instructor was meant to bear the brunt of the landing, But I slipped through his legs on impact and hit my tailbone/sacrum and had trouble walking afterwards. It was quite some time before I could muster up the courage to have it looked at - it was so sore. The impact had pushed my sacrum into my pelvis, it's apparently meant to 'spring' slightly when pushed, mine was jammed. All this time later, my tailbone aches constantly, standing long periods gives me period pain (although I no longer have periods due to birth control), and when my tailbone aches, so does everything else! I also have 2 bulging discs in my lower back, and at times I get rectal spasms. I can't lay on my back as this makes it worse. I also get a numb patch on my upper thigh. Is this all connected, and is there any end in sight to the pain? I was booked in to see an orthopaedic surgeon, but given that they mainly operate, I didn't feel that this was the right path for me, and also the expense was something I couldn't afford (consultation + MRI). I've been thinking of physio, but I'm not quite sure what they can do for me. Which path should I take!?
