This guy is confussing help?!?

okay ive been seeing this guy. we are not official and he said (quote) "im not ready for a relationship, i like you, but im not the kind of guy that sees someone 4 or 5 times and wants to go out" but the thing is HE DID SUGGEST FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS. dont judge but we have done stuff in bed and im wondering is he just using me or does he genually like me? hes a decent guy, studies physio, smart, cooks, and lives with his grandparents BUT i know his mates are all the same... they dont want to look whipped... we talk like we're best mates but i dont know? i dont want to get hurt. instead ive been playing hard to get with him and it works but i dont know help me!!
