Can humans eat gr carp?

It seams now that after all this flooding parts of the Midwest are inundated with gr carp. Since they are populating these areas and if they are eatable why not catch them and sell them to places such as China or other parts of Asia were they can be consumed?

How to prevent osgood schlatters?

I got osgood schlatters about 5 or 6 years ago when I did Irish dancing but it went away after a few months once I'd seen the physiotherapist and was told to take it easy. I haven't been bothered by it since, until now. I've taken up running and can feel the pain in my knee. As of right now it's not too painful but I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent it getting any worse (I don't want to stop running, I'm training for a 10K) or should I go back to physio?

Is it in the joint? that could be a repetative strain injury, but if its in the muscle and happens when you relax it, then it could be cramps maybe? I do a lot of football/soccer and cycling, i get it a few times, and if you drink plenty of water it reduces the effects.
