Ive Recently Done Small Amounts Of Weights (Dumbells) and Noticed That When i Lift The Weight Above My Head , My Arm And Shoulder Click A Lot , Its Not Painfull , But It This a Problem ?, Ive Read That Physio Therapy Can Fix This ? Also Ive Worked Out A Lot In The Last 3 Days , Do i Just Need a Break ? It Seem To Start When I Took Up Karate ?
