Do people get nhs tummy tucks when they have a large hernia and are having it repaired.?

I have had a large baby and now have a hernia which is very large. I have attended physio and they have send that my muscles have now met. I have been adviced that surgery is now my only option as I am in pain. Will they do a tummy tuck at the same time as my tummy is now disformed.
