HELP! MY I CANT EVEN TALK PLEASEEE HELP?!?

Okay, please dont give me mean answers. Anyway I just got braces Monday for the second time...& i know the whole routine about how your mouth is suppose to be sour for the next couple of days i get that but every since they opened my mouth Monday i thought they just cut my lip? But now its Wednesday & its not a cut anymore its tiny little bumps on the corner of my mouth! & they hurt! i cant barely talk much less open my mouth or even eat! I go through pain by just brushing my teeth! Please if you know anything that will make them go away please tell me?!
