Has anyone else had a reaction to weed like this?

dont say drugs are bad, but iv been smokeing for about a month when i had to take a 3 week brake, well today was my first time smokeing after those three weeks and did 2 bowls of sour D and about 10 minutes into it i felt like every thing was spinning, everything was vary dark purple and hard to understand and visualize. walking was vary hard too, then i got vary scared and had to hold onto my friend all way back, i ended up freaking out and falling into a pricker bush and i couldent see anything
