Physio for broken femur, knee and tibula all on the same leg?

You have tendons that tightened up in your legs as well, it's the muscles reactions to trauma to them. You will have the tightness and pains until they get freed up for you. the trouble is most therapists don't know how to free them up so you go in with pain and they help you make the pain worse by doing 'therapy' on you but they don't free up what is causing the pain in the first place. Finding one who can free them up for you would do you more good than the leg strengthening they will make you do. It's just finding the one who can help you that is the problem. Just wanted to give you a heads up as to why therapy would take so long, they aren't doing the right thing.
