Herniated disc giving pain what can be done to help it?

I have a herniated bulging disc in my lower back and at times it gives me some pain down my right ock and sometimes down my right leg as well. Is there anything I can do to cure it, I've had it for years and have been to physio, chiropractors and mage but hasn't cured it any ideas out there????
