I think I love this guy......?

We dated last year but it went sour cuz he was an *** so I dumped him. Now we are back on cuz he came crawling back and he has been perfect for about a month now. Buying me things and doing everything right that he did wrong. I think I love him, and I want to tell him but what if it scares him away? He was emotionally disconnected before but is acting differently now. I am 25 and don't have time to play games. You would think he would know that, since I dissed him last time for six months. What should I do? Tell him how I feel? Wait? Help!
