Please someone try help me?

So i had 2 slipped disks and "neural" damage in my back since i was 16 after being aulted by a 23 year old man. I was told by neurologists that it would take 3 months to heal.After 3 and a half years with multiple doctors bills, neurologists, mri's painkiller pillaties and physio therapy... nothing if not the pain is worse. My Back is constantly aching i get shooting pains, some days i literally cant hold my neck up due to the pain surrounding the area. I have to take alot of sick days of, then i get depressed because of my poor standard. I cant sleep because of the pain, then obviously because i haven't slept im not only more lethargic and depressed but obviously the pain is worse also. Please please some one tell me why wont anyone help me ? is there anything that can be done etc...
