What local target stores are selling the Virgin Mobile LG Optimus V ?

I live in Los Angeles and want to get a new phone so I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get this phone and from what target because Target sells the phone a lot cheaper than radio shack. I would appreciate the feedback thank you very much :)
