Trying to identify a wooden duck bowl, what country has currency that would look like this= 65.000?

The label is torn or worn off, and all I can see on the bottom is a number penned in (I'm uming a price) that is this= 65.000. I'm baffled as to what country this may have been sold in with a number like that. Please help!
