How does your Wal-mart treat their aquarium fish? Betas in dirty shipping containers? Crowded tanks with dead?

fish? If you see these conditions what would you do? Complain to the local management or even the corporate management? Should Walmart or any other store that does not take care of the fish humanely should that store stop selling fish? What else can we the consumer do about it? Is there an agency to report to? I saw awful conditions in a Wal mart store 6/10/11 and the istant manager was amused with me for complaining. I reported it to Wal-mart corporate.
